Job Description
Job Scope
- Source, evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure to support projects and sales.
- Improve our market research along with solid analytical skills to make sure company in most profitable offer
- Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is quality and delivered on time
- Responsible for ordering materials, tools, equipment and services
- Assisting in day to day procurement/purchasing operations
- Assisting in all procurement documentation related matters in a systematic manner
- To keep track of shipment of products by working with logistic coordinator to attain customer satisfactory targets
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in construction related field or purchasing
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in building construction related field or interior design projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
