Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, plans and Purchase of goods and services to support manufacturing, field operations, technology, or project management strategic plans at the plant level
• Complies with and executes Category Management strategies in accordance with policies and procedures
• Issues purchase orders in response to material requirements established by manufacturing
• Implements agreements for local procurement of goods and services not covered under Category Management
• Manage daily suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 deliveries, PO prices and On-time delivery
• Manage GRIR/ blocked invoices
• Contracts management and administration.
• Assesses and perform Supplier Performance Review
• Work on Continuous Improvement Projects and costs savings initiatives
• Require to comprehend technical drawings and specifications
• Work closely with Technology and stakeholders on Quality related issues with suppliers
• Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree in a technical, business, or similar discipline required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or production environment.
• Advanced procurement certification preferred (CPM, etc.). Purchase to Pay knowledge is desirable.

Skills

• Preferably with experience in SAP
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to demonstrate good supplier management skill
• Good Negotiation track records
• Meticulous and proficient in data analysis
