About This RoleThe Senior Product Manager at Circles.Life will thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment while possessing exceptional communication and presentation skills. With fluency in UX design, the ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel analytics to improve conversion & repeat rates. They will also be responsible for ideating and launching new products, driving innovation to increase the acquisition of new customers. Collaboration with business development teams and strong stakeholder management abilities will be key in driving user acquisition and establishing valuable partnerships.As a Pioneer member of our team, your responsibilities include:

  • Deeply analyze and understand the customer journey of end user, while being able to translate those insights into into actionable items
  • Provide a seamless and delightful experience for end users, enabling efficient success.
  • Write user stories and detailed product requirements.
  • Define key success and failure metrics for the user experience.
  • Track business levers (KPIs, ROI) and product performance.
  • Prioritize customer experience while enhancing non-functional metrics such as quality, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Drive innovation in product development with a team of world-class engineers.
  • Deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations, taking end-to-end ownership from planning to performance.
  • Monitor and track product feedback for feature prioritization.
  • Act as a product champion, building valuable relationships with partners and stakeholders.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Min 6+ years of overall experience with at least 4 years in product management.
  • Fluency in UX design and design tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
  • Understanding of platform product metrics such as Time to execute, Effort to perform an action, NPS, and Latency.
  • Clarity in understanding and communicating insights to stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Agile principles and practices.
  • Experience with project and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, monday.com, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Deep knowledge and experience in improving sign-up funnel conversion rates, including identifying barriers, optimizing user flows, A/B testing, and implementing data-driven strategies.
  • User Experience (UX) Research: Proficiency in conducting user research, usability testing, and interviews to gain insights into user behavior and pain points. Ability to translate research findings into actionable product improvements.
  • Funnel Analytics: Familiarity with analyzing funnel metrics like drop-off rates, conversion rates, and user behavior. Ability to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
  • Business Development Collaboration: Proven experience collaborating with business development teams to expand the top funnel and drive user acquisition. Ability to collaborate on marketing initiatives, partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, marketers, and business development professionals. Proven track record of building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
