Introduction to the role:
Our client is one of Asia\'s leading consumer platform that has been is looking to digitalize and enhance customer experience. They are currently looking for multiple driven and ambitious Lead Product Managers to join the team. You will be part of the Digital Solutions team to scale and build new products providing world-class consumer experience and value to > 15 million users.
Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the roadmap with clearly articulated and well measured goals
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and other partner teams to create discovery experiences that are meaningful and delightful to consumers.
• Drive consumer engagement and gain market share through product optimization by leveraging user centric design and continuous conversion rate optimization programs
• Collaborate across teams to optimize content classification, browsing, and conversion experiments and measure firmly understood hypotheses and business objectives
• Be a thought leader and drive impact throughout the enterprise and industry.

Desired Qualifications/Certifications:

• Strong track record in Product Management and Product Leadership experience in B2C product development (Mobile, Web, Service included)
• Passion to drive and to improve the status quo
• A proven track record of working on own initiative and an instinctive "can-do" attitude, with strong focus on delivering results in an early-stage startup.
• Excellent ability to communicate and a structured approach to capture new leads and projects as well as assignments and to solve challenges
• Familiar with product analytics and product-centric metrics.
