We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Product Manager, Branches and Telesales.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Overall: Develop and execute business strategies that will drive market share growth and improvement in profitability for Asia cards business
  • Role Specific: Develop and achieve the targets on the number of cards and loans acquisition across Contact centres and branches
  • Integrated Management: Be the Asia cards central point for all acquisition activities through contact centres and in-country branches. Coordinate and integrate activities across internal functions and markets for Asia cards with the goal of achieving Asia cards goals
  • Sales Management: Develop detailed sales management reporting and analysis. Drive improvements to sales productivity through analytically driven strategies. Develop deep expertise in lead management, incentive frameworks and customer acquisition
  • Acquisition offer and sales pitch management: Maintain inventory of analytically grounded acquisition offers. Test and learn sales pitch content to drive improvements in sales conversions
  • Budget Management: Manage, forecast, and optimize the acquisition budget for all digital channels for Asia Cards and ensure CPA targets are achieved
  • Process improvement: Coordinate with process improvement team and other appropriate stakeholders to improve the onboarding journeys for owned channels and improve straight through processing (STP) rates and reduce turn-around time (TAT)
  • Credit Risk: Drive improvements in credit performance by partnering with credit risk team and driving a culture of test and learn
Requirements

Knowledge/Experience
  • Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of unsecured asset businesses
  • Strong experience of market leading card capability
  • Experience of leading multi-channel sales programmes
  • Experience of building business through digital channels
  • Experience of operating unsecured lending in Asian market
  • Insights on competitive and innovation landscape in unsecured lending in Asia
  • Retail banking experience, familiarity with large bank environment
  • Experience of data analytics and their application in multi-channel CRM programmes
