Amazon\'s Emerging Countries Customer Fulfillment centralized team is established with the mission to drive customer experience and cost improvement and support business growth in the countries in scope.
Emerging Countries Customer Fulfillment (ECCF) - Fulfillment Product & ROW(Rest of World) PMO team will take responsibility of leading ROW level tech roadmap prioritization and tech resources planning, as well as leading cross functional and geographies, complex and large-scale projects for regional teams in Emerging Countries, such as launch a new marketplace, FC/inventory migration projects and etc. This team will also be responsible for all fulfillment product portfolios management (Amazon Fulfillment Network, External Fulfillment Network and Global Specialty Fulfillment) and system supports, as well as owning for Vendor Flex and Seller Flex system node launches for Emerging Counties; and to optimize the tech efforts and scale the node launches and system features enabling in order to support business growth, in the long-term run, this team will also work with global product host teams on automation projects.

As a Product Manager in this team, he/she will have to lead cross-functional teams including literally all Ops teams, Retail, Real Estate, Compliance, EHS, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Facility, Tech, LP, IT, among others in all geographies worldwide and external vendors. He/she needs to assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalation on management, anticipate and make difficult tradeoff decisions and defend those decisions to the engineering/customer/management team, and balance the business needs with technical constraints.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Initiate, plan and drive the delivery of a cross-functional project and goals for customers and partner teams, as an overall PM of a project
- Gather business requirements, document functional and design specifications
- Identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team, assign individual responsibilities
- Develop the milestones and launch schedule to ensure timely and successful delivery of a project
- Assess and manage project risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management when needed
- Partner with regional business/operation teams to ensure system readiness for Ultra Fast Delivery (UFG) site launches
- Ability to lead system/product discussions, to optimize the tech efforts and scale the node launches and system features on Ultra Fast Delivery (UFG) (1P & 3P)
- Require international traveling across ECCF countries and US/IN, frequency is around 4-6 times per year approximately.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
