• Company Secretary Services

Goal is to achieve a near 90+% of automation using AI for the company secretary services for us to bring in operational efficiency and help businesses with better operations management ant scale.For Sleek Business Account increase our AUM and MAU by minimum of 20% in next 6 months from current levels.Attributes

• Ability to influence stakeholders and get agreement on your thoughts and solutions
• Ability to understand users without they answering your questions
• Great people management skills
• Autonomy (proactively seeks out solutions without waiting for their manager to ask them)
• Persuasive (great listener and can move others to action)
• AI-ready and curious (ability to identify and deliver on opportunities for AI in our product suite)

Position Duties

• Should be able to get hands dirty, get deep into understanding the pain points of users without having input from them
• Thinking about simple solutions which create a bigger business impact, but at same time not loosing the long term focus.
• Has ability to present thoughts backing data
• Ability to convince stakeholders in what he/she believes
• Ability to think and execute on how AI can solve some of our business problems

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience. Working on a 0 to 1 journey will be an added advantage.
• Entrepreneur mindset to solve things and an attitude that any problem is my problem
• Experience with banking products will be an added advantage.
