You will be put in charge of your own projects as you play a crucial role in aligning stakeholders and executing our product roadmap. You will rapidly build your understanding of our industry and customers and use this to identify and prioritise the product initiatives that will create the most value in line with our strategy. Work with C-level management to develop customized and impactful software solutions for clients. . Bridge communications between business and engineering in order to prioritise feature development to deliver best-in-class products with strong market fit. . Review product specifications and requirements to scope out new products in detail. . Work with UI/UX designer to build an enjoyable and seamless user experience and elegant product design . Iterate on product functionalities and designs by gathering customer feedback, engineering innovation, and industry trends. . Appraise new product ideas informed by market research, user feedback and competitor analysis. . Assess and improve sales and market share performance by evaluating sales call results together with the CEO and Business Development team. . Lead the team to develop go-to-market strategies for new products with detailed analysis of proposed product requirements, industry needs, and technological trends. . Implement and drive effective product management routines to ensure progress at pace for the delivery teams working at Hubble. . Prepare return-on-investment analyses and time schedules to develop roadmaps for new products. . Overall ownership of company projects timeline. What we need from you: . Bachelor's degree with excellent academic results. . 4-7 years of product management experience. . Background in UI/UX design and/or product development preferred. . Excellent written and spoken English is a must. . Good analytical skills. . Ability to think out of the box. . Strong business acumen, team player, results-oriented.
