Senior / Production Executive, Production Resource (Location Resources)
Description:
- Scheduling of crew weekly roster
- Charging of weekly booking
- Liaise and arrange last minute replacement for staff on mc
- Working with Procurement to raise and monitor PR/PO/GR
- Preparing contracts for freelancers
Requirements:
- Diploma in Media related studies
- Having production background would be a bonus
- Effectively bilingual and computer literate in English and Chinese to communicate with the various staff from the English and Chinese departments
- Possess good organisational skills and detail orientated
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
