Senior Project Coordinator (architecture)

Job Description
:
- To carry responsibility for design coordination and design development
- To liaise and coordinate with external consultants, LTA, and other relevant parties.
- Manage Archi team and lead the coordination with SWC, Authority and Sub Contractors.
- To lead to obtain TOP/CSC.
- To review Archi drawings based on the local authority\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and proceed with the submission to LTA to obtain approval.
- To review APS requirement and liaise with QS team to secure the sub contractor.
- To review sub contractors work and inspect and report site activities to management.
- Monitor QP works to obtain TOP/CSC
- Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications
- Total Minimum 10 years of architectural work experience in concept and design development
- Including at least 3 years of experience in design for LTA\xe2\x80\x99s project
- Including at least 3 years of experience in design for Design and Build\xe2\x80\x99s project
- Knowledge about local authorities and agencies requirement.
- Knowledge about LTA ADC and M&E specs.
- Proficient in BIM(Revit Architecture and/or ArchiCad)
- Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore will be advantage
- Including at least 3 years of experience in design for elevated station\xe2\x80\x99s project (Optional)
- 5.5 days
- Weekday : 8::00AM~6:00PM
- Saturday : 8:00AM~12:00PM
