Job Description

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating ACMV, energy efficiency and measurement Projects (with relevant parties e.g. client, main contractors, subcontractors etc)

• Responsible for the full spectrum of project management of energy performance improvement projects from bid stage through full completion, including vendor bidding, procurement, site supervision & management, project timeline and cost control, project update and reporting and billing management

• Develop detailed project plans to lead, manage and deliver energy projects, to include monitoring, tracking and regular reporting of the project progress.

• Manage and coordinate with contractors and consultants for system design and selection of equipment in compliance with the project specification and objectives.

• Manage changes to project scope, project schedule, and project costs to ensure all energy project are delivered on time, within budget and meet energy performance requirements

• Proper project handover and provide training and impart knowledge to internal employees and external partners

• Attends industrial and commercial consultancy project /site meeting

• Prepare all necessary reports/ documents/ records for submission to client/ authority as and when required.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering;

• Experience with various types of instrumentation metering equipment and data acquisition.

• 5 years or more experience in project management (Consultancy)/ ACMV systems detailed engineering is a plus.

• Value added experience in process systems engineering like Boiler, Oven, Air Compressor, Furnace, Filtration , etc

• Knowledge/relevant experience in ACMV systems/testing & commissioning/construction/building services/facilities management etc. is a plus;

• A proactive person, positive attitude and able to work independently;

• Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills;

• Must have initiative and possess desire to learn;

• Ability to multi-task and work as a team;

• Immediate availability or can start work within short notice period will be great advantage
