InterMoor are currently looking to add a Senior Project Engineer to their team based in Loyang Singapore on a full time, 1 year fixed term basis.

The successful candidate will lead and manage engineering projects and they will contribute to the safe, efficient, and cost-effective planning and execution of InterMoor\'s undertakings.

Duties

• Responsible for leading, planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical aspects of projects in a professional and timely manner within project budget limits
• Ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective planning and execution of InterMoor Operations
• Undertake quality assurance activities and contribute to improving the existing system where possible
• Manage and supervise subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality delivery of products and services in line with project requirements
• Development of effective operational communication with InterMoor\'s client and participate in relevant meetings ensuring swift resolution of any project concerns
• Work closely, collaboratively and openly with stakeholders in order to achieve high quality work in line with InterMoor standards
• Determine resource requirements and develop work plans and procedures for most efficient operation for relevant projects. Assign tasks, brief field crew personnel and execute work plan
• Attend onshore and offshore projects in person as required

• Degree Level Educated in Engineering with a good understanding of offshore operations, primarily related to mooring systems installation
• A minimum of 5 years working in a project engineering role
• Knowledge of industry codes and standards on mooring systems design
• A basic knowledge of Orcaflex for modelling moorings/risers (or similar) is advantageous
• Excellent communicator, in both written and verbal forms with highly effective inter-personal skills supported by good attention to detail
• Ability to work independently; strong sense of personal accountability and self-motivation as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong leadership skills with a willingness to further the development of themselves and the assigned team
• Ability to manage multiple and fast-track priorities with a proactive and positive attitude
