OpenBlue OpenBlue: This is How a Space Comes Alive What you will do:

• Define scope, budget and schedule for projects and device project implementation methodology
• Manage the project procurement and costing in SAP
• Plan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor
• Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Establish effective communication with customer
• Track and update progress, task and project health to supervisors
• Assist and coordinate in performing regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Ensure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Work with Engineering on technical studies, design preparation of specifications and project testing.
• Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Identify and secure variation order.
• Track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per contract.
• Managing reports and documents
• Supervision of sub-contractors’ work at site as required
• Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely manner
• Assign task to, and supervise Project Engineer, Site Supervisor if required.
• System applications, drafting, data base generation and support commissioning
• Follow-up on payment from customers and verify payment to our suppliers.

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 5 years relevant experience in project execution or management.
• Basic knowledge in thermodynamics and experience in refrigeration or related industry is a plus.
• Good knowledge of AutoCad is a plus.
• Basic skill for Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint etc).
