Job Description

Job Responsibilities:-

• Leadership and overall responsibility for the management and execution of the project empowered with delegated authority of KBR’s executive management to ensure the satisfactory execution of the project
• Responsible for the overall direction and monitoring of the project throughout the project life cycle
• Responsible for establishing effective and collaborative relations with the client’s team and with other organizations involved the project
• Ensure that KBR personnel operate with the client and others as an integrated and aligned project team
• Provide HSE leadership in line with the KBR Zero Harm 24/7, Courage to Care’ culture, behaviour and engagement activities
• Work with the client to clearly establish project goals and performance criteria that will lead to project success
• Establish roles and accountabilities for the project team and ensure sufficient quality resources
• Be accountable for meeting the established budget and schedule targets
• Develop a project culture that enables a high performing team in particular developing a value driven project mind set
• Champion the risk and opportunity management process across the project
• Approve all major changes and maintain a quality assurance process that will monitor performance against the deliverables

• Engineering Degree with minimum 20 years’ of relevant experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Projects
• Post Graduate in Business or Management would be desirable
• Prior experience of similar Project Manager/Director roles on similar projects
• Proven track record of meeting project safety and quality metrics
• Proven track record of meeting schedule and cost metrics
• Ability to lead and drive the team to success
• Ability to build constructive and positive relationship with the client and other key stakeholders
