Job description In your new role you will: * Lead a cross-functional R&D project team of technical experts and process engineers to plan and execute the realization of Power Packag Job description In your new role you will: Lead a cross-functional R&D project team of technical experts and process engineers to plan and execute the realization of Power Packages from idea until successfull assembly production ramp-up Define the project scope with a broad base of internal and external stakeholders. Drive complexity reduction to ensure economy-of-scale in R&D activities. Define and controls the package R&D project risks, budget, invest and resources pipeline. Manage and control project constraints by ensuring project plans are implemented on schedule, within budget and within scope Drive project execution based on Infineon business process. Track progress of individual work tracks , raise escalation and ensures that time to market and quality goals are met even in the face of challenges Present results and manage reporting to management and stakeholders. Be the main interface and contact partner on site to IFX business division and or assembly operation on respective project topic. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics) Advanced knowledge in Project Management Methodologies. Project Management Professional Certified . Experience in Agile Project management is an advantage. Semiconductor Packaging, Assembly, Failure Analysis and Reliability Engineering understandings. Analytical and Problem Solving Skills Understanding of automotive quality requirements. Ability to lead a diverse and cross-functional team Ability to work in a fast pace environment and under pressure Willingness to travel to Indonesia
