about the scope

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of radio access networks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on-time, on-budget, and with exceptional quality.

  • Planned, designed, and implement RAN solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all equipment and services are delivered on time and meet specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage the execution of projects, including equipment installation, commissioning, integration, and optimization.
  • Monitor project progress and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors on technical matters.
  • Conduct site surveys to determine the optimal location for radio access network equipment and infrastructure.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in RAN.
skill & experience require
  • With minimum 6 years of experience in Radio Access Network/ RAN project engineering or similar roles.
  • Experience with RAN equipment from vendors such as Ericsson, Nokia, and Huawei.
  • Solid understanding of RAN technologies such as LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi.
