Conduct lab method validation, method transfers, protocol harmonization and optimization of analysis in order to qualify new raw materials and new products from R&D stage all the way to commercialization and production phase. Support technical requirements and enquiries from customers. Work with all other functional teams (eg. R&D, Production/Operations/Purchasing/Logistics, Marketing, and Sales) to solve issues and contribute to the overall success of Kemin. Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance to ISO17025, ISO9001 and FAMI-QS requirements. Implement process monitoring using Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
