To study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities;
To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client\xe2\x80\x99s representative on claims and variation costs;
Call quotations, compare prices and prepare bill of quantities to arrive at the tender pricing;
To review and verify the Subcontractor\xe2\x80\x99s / Supplier\xe2\x80\x99s claims and prepare payment certificates
To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting;
Upon completion of each project, to monitor the respective project during the defects liability period.
Requirements:
Recognised Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent qualifications
4 to 5 years of relevant working experience
Reliable with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good technical and contractual knowledge with high integrity and work ethic
An independent and effective team player, collaborating on multi-projects of various stages, ensuring deliverables within set time & expectations.
