Job Description
$6K + AWS + VB + allowance 5 working days, Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, normal office hours Location: North
Responsibilities
- Perform asset management monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
- Support all sectors monthly projection process using Argus, including Tenant Matcher (monthly) and Amortization (Quarterly). Activities require coordination between GA, IT and AM users.
- Support all 4 sector\xe2\x80\x99s monthly analysis and reporting including Leases, Expenses and NOI.
- Preparation of monthly Division management reports including AM and MM presentation.
- Support in preparation of monthly rental stats for GA submission.
- Prepare quarterly CCD\xe2\x80\x99s Investor slides preparation for AM Division.
- Lead in annual budgeting process for AM Division including both HQ and AM-managed projects. Prepare and collation presentation deck for Division.
- Assist on dashboard development of reporting requirements using Tableau.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the Real Estate / Property Management industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
