1. Support smooth operation of the department for project commissioning and services
Understand company published code of conducts & guideline.
Undertake installation supervision, commissioning, product trials and trouble shooting at site.
Provide feedback so that improvement can be implemented.
Provide proper cooperation within department & other department and work to the benefit of the entire company organization.
Ensure all tasks responsible for are properly handled and managed to meet schedule, requirement, expectation and within budgetary.
Ensure proper documentation are completed, organized, and properly saved.
Support Sales colleagues in technical argumentations and designing offers.
2. Improve Communication and Supplier handling regarding project coordination, commissioning & technical management:
Encourage local contact for key OEM supplier in country.
Monitor quality of local service by key OEM supplier in country.
Assist country for technical clarification with key OEM supplier in country where applicable.
Liaising of training by OEM supplier if available.
3. Quality Management such as service standard reporting format, warranty claim process/ procedure
Clarification and understanding of claims from R&C/customer
Assist on Legitimacy of claim received.
Discuss and clarify for doubtful claims with project management team.
Link up key OEM supplier in country for local service and advise.
Identify improvement for process, personnel, equipment where needed.
Attend to customer's claim under warranty, provide services on investigation, troubleshooting and solution.
4. Cooperation with Country Team to improve local technical & service competency
Technical assistance on specification and standard.
Assist & lead local engineer on service job on site
Optimize local engineer pool of resources for service and utilization rate improvement.
Trial test run, FAT & SAT support if applicable.
5. Technical assistance for SEA country
Provide technical support for remote and site.
Liaising of solution within APAC & with division.
Site work reporting for job attended.
Identify improvement for process, personnel, equipment where needed.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Mechanical discipline
Minimum 10 years of relevant field experience in service and commissioning in various industries such as Dairy, Food, Pharma, Chemical, Beverage, Marine and Oil & Gas.
Able to carry out equipment and process optimization
Knowledge in Programable Logic Control systems and it's working principles
Good in troubleshooting and implementing software changes (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.)
Good computer skills - Microsoft Office, Siemens applications
Good working level of English - speaking and writing, knowledge in German language is an advantage.
Ready to travel (Local and abroad) and work off-hours
Holding a valid driving license preferred.
