Job Summary
- You will be part of a dynamic team that supports the National Tobacco Control Programme to help lower the smoking prevalence rates in Singapore. You will be working with a dynamic team, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
As part of the team, your key duties and responsibilities include:
- Handling verbal and written communications from members of public and other stakeholders
- Data entry, statistics generation and data analytics
- Management and supervision of outsourced contractors
- Leading enforcement field activities where needed
- Implementing work process improvement and digitalisation projects
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned
- Field enforcement and investigation experience would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with a wide range of stakeholders
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- Well organized, resourceful, and meticulous
- Be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
