Team Summary Partner Management & Acquisition PM&A sits within Visa Payments Limited, an important part of Visa Direct with the objective to unleash the power of Visa to \'beyond the card\'. Visa Direct as part of Visa\xe2\x80\x99s new flows business is an integral part of Visa\xe2\x80\x99s foundational growth strategy. This enables Visa clients to send and/or receive money through bank accounts around the world. The PM&A team is responsible for the acquisition, management and oversight of external payment bank/non-bank partnerships. You will work within a dynamic team that acts as key point of contact for numerous internal stakeholders, businesses, project management, technology and operational division. The team is regularly called upon for discussion around new client opportunities to ensure that that we source and deliver for the best client solution. What a Senior Relationship Account Manager does at Visa: To manage and maintain coverage of Partner relationships across the geography to ensure route resilience Identify, select and contract new payment partners in collaboration with the central network team and in accordance with the network standards and performance criteria. Provide clear, complete, accurate and compelling information about the process, criteria, expected standards of network partners. Oversee and monitor the end-to-end process of RFI/RFP and selection to successful on-boarding of new partners, working with technical, treasury, operational, commercial, and legal teams to resolve any issues and manage the successful completion in accordance with agreed timetable. Deliver quarterly Account Management reviews with every active partner. Work with central Bank Partner Network team and Regional Management to produce operational, technical and commercial analysis, clear feedback and meeting objectives and messages. Agree and manage a performance improvement list of partners for the geography and actively manage partner performance and improvement objectives with support of central team to improve service levels and commercial performance Work with the central Bank Partner Network team and Regional Management to monitor partner cost and competitiveness. Manage cost negotiations with partners to continuously strive for tiered, cost-effective pricing Develop and maintain senior working relationships with relevant management personnel in banking and non-banking partner businesses. Actively manage, track and drive issue resolution Work in partnership with the Regional Head and Partner Acquisition team to understand route demand from current and new clients. Work with wider team and sales and marketing, to identify, plan and deliver effective marketing and brand building events and engagements with clients and partners. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What you will need: At least 10 years of relevant experience in a global transaction bank or payment company in Product Sales or BD capacity Experience in dealing with banks in Asia Pacific Knowledge of Global Payments Travel is required for this role within Asia Pacific or global What will also help: Good market and banking knowledge of South Asia is a plus Cross-border payments, Remittance, Correspondent Banking and Network Management experience Projects you will be a part of: The Network Commercial team is responsible for the global commercial strategy for the Network, go to market, identifying and acquiring network partners and owning the partner relationships for Visa Direct around the world. Aligned with Visa Directs global strategic objectives this team plays a critical role in enabling growth of the cross-border payments offering. The team is in an explosive growth phase. We are expanding in all markets around the world, with a special emphasis on Asia. You will be prospecting for effective partners in the region, contributing to our build-out and revenue generation. Please Note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the evolving visa/travel restrictions in place, we are currently only able to extend offers to candidates with the right to work in Singapore.
