Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day scientific, research and technology operations of the company
- In-charge of development of new processes, technologies or products\xef\xbb\xbf
- Responsible for developing research framework, direction and standard procedure
- Handle research and technology project management
- Support in project tendering/ proposal/ contract management
- Attend business meetings with industry partners & leaders
- Draft and prepare business plans, proposal & presentations materials
- Assist in setting up and running scientific lab
- Monitor the collaboration with universities/ research institutes
- Provide technical advices on potential research opportunities or technological ventures.
- Oversees research activities with a team of research individuals
- Constant up-to-date on scientific technologies and market/ industry trends
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements
- Doctoral/ Master Degree in Research & Development or Biotechnology or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in the relevant industry
