As a world-class leader in the research industry, Kantar Profiles is dedicated to delivering flawless insights and helping our clients make informed business decisions.Responsibilities:

• Create client proposals based on the research brief received.
• Communicate with clients to develop a thorough understanding of their expectations and questions they want answered.
• Craft effective research instruments, such as online questionnaires, based on project objectives and market knowledge.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions.
• Identify market trends and patterns.
• Build reports, present findings, and make recommendations to clients.
• Oversee end-to-end project deliverables.
• Manage project costs to achieve a better bottom line.
• Hold weekly meetings to discuss workflow progress and provide updates to all parties involved.
• Streamline the key account tracker process.
• Perform any other delegated duties.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in research.
• Equivalent experience in Statistics, Marketing, or Business is preferred, but a degree in these fields is also acceptable.
• Solid understanding of research methodologies and techniques.
• Superior proficiency with technological tools like Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SPSS or any statistical software is a plus.
• Exposure to visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau for Dashboarding is a big plus.
• Preferably worked in the online market research domain.
• Strong analytical and logical skills.
• Attentive to details and possesses outstanding organizational skills, demonstrated track record of successfully balancing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.
• Ability to understand complex challenges, evaluate and set priorities, and develop creative and practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail and follow-up.
