A day in the life of a Senior Safety Health and Environment Executive...

• Comply with local law and statutory requirements and Nestle requirement related to Safety, Health, Environment and Security
• Assist SHE Manager in the sustenance of Nestle Integrated Management System related to ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001
• Assist SHE Manager in the sustenance of SHE Pillar related to TPM
• Appointed FSM for SGJUR Factory in ensuring fire safety requirements are complied with at all times
• Assist SHE Manager in the aspects of SHE for NIMS in SG Jurong Factory & Head Office & Retail Business
• Practise & inculcate a safety culture for SGJUR Factory & Head Office & Retail Business
• Instill & adopt behavioral Based Safety philosophy and methods for SGJUR Factory, Head Office & Retail Business
• Advice & Assist Area Owner on incident investigation for SHE-related incidents within SGJUR Factory, Head Office & Retail Business
• Assist in Implement, control, maintain and improve the Nestle\'s SHE Management systems including achieving and maintaining ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certification.
• Support this through developing and implementing specific tools and initiatives as part of the Nestle\'s SHE program as well as exercising functional leadership of the TPM SHE pillar.
• Continuous improvements to SHE related aspects

What will make you successful

• Bachelors\' Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years experience in FMCG manufacturing safety, office safety, warehouse & logistics safety
• Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health
• MOM Certified WSHO, Level C minimum
• Registered FSM under SCDF
