Job Description




As a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive, you are responsible for generating sales and driving revenue \xe2\x80\x93 through acquiring and developing business leads, managing key accounts, marketing, and sales of Environmental / IFM Services including performing market research, prospecting, developing relationships with customers and meeting sales targets.




Key Role Responsibilities:-



Drive Sales and Marketing Opportunity




\xe2\x80\xa2 Attending to Tender site show round, preparing sales quotation/proposal and pitch presentation to potential clients

\xe2\x80\xa2 Review tender opportunities via various media and portals

\xe2\x80\xa2 Meet and exceed sales revenue targets

\xe2\x80\xa2 Maximize and deliver gross margins

\xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with key account managers to identify new businesses and grow relationships that assist in revenue generation

\xe2\x80\xa2 Managing client budget negotiations and supplier cost-savings efforts

\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide ideas in developing and delivering competitive win strategies through RFQs and Bids

\xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively identify trends in the Environmental Services and IFM sectors, and possible opportunities or risks



Drive Customer Service and Retention




\xe2\x80\xa2 Review customer needs to enhance offerings and competitiveness

\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure successful sales retention through relationship development and maintenance with the Clients and addressing enquiries in a timely and professional manner

\xe2\x80\xa2 Work with key account managers and company trainer to ensure that customer service levels meet or exceed company standards and in accordance with contractual requirements.

\xe2\x80\xa2 Drive customer attraction and retention strategies to improve customer loyalty



Drive Collaborations and Value-Adds




\xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare budget forecast and monthly sales/tender reports

\xe2\x80\xa2 Provide quotations for any ad-hoc requests and ad-hoc duties

\xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with other departments including, Operations, Human Resource, Finance, and Procurement during the tender and/or mobilization process.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Previous experience in a Sales and Marketing role is essential \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent in presentation and negotiation \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player, passionate and self-motivated and a results-driven approach \xe2\x80\xa2 Well organized with attention given to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
