Responsibilities:





Strategy and Planning



Perform Telesales and outdoor sales activities Support bank cross-sell or up-sell initiatives Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their challenges and feedback.

Business Performance and Management



To achieve and exceed the monthly individual sales targets set forth by the business. To ensure that tagging of the loan account is done promptly. Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations to address them. Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities to enhance client value.

People Management



Working cohesively with our internal colleagues to support and leverage on each other for greater collaboration to achieve higher level of effectiveness and efficiency. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor's activities to provide insights and recommendations. Helping newcomers with on-the-job training and attachment.

Regulatory Compliance



Keeping abreast of Regulator's guidelines and changes. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the lending industry.

Requirements:



Qualifications


GCE O Level, and above


Relevant Work Experience


* Prior experience in promoting unsecured loans in a financial institution is an advantage
