Responsibilities:

• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Distributors / Partners by providing guidance, information, support and training
• Identify product improvements for feedback to Engineering and Operations for continuous developments and innovations
• Identify new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
• Develop a business and market strategy for responsible markets and new products entry
• Conduct research to identify new markets and clients’ needs
• Work with Marketing to ensure consistent leads generation
• Arrange business meetings, conduct sales presentation with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products / services while addressing or predicting clients’ needs
• Regular engagements with existing and new clients to enhance repurchase behaviour

• Tertiary education (Business / Engineering related discipline preferred)
• Prior experience in Distributors / Partners management and persuasive / negotiation skills are advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with people
• Critical thinking mindset
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiastic with a Hunter mentality
• Organised and self-motivated individual
• Proficiency in MS Office
