Job Outline:

• Responsible for leading the sales team to achieve the desired sales performance in the assigned territory.
• Responsible for developing and executing the sales plans to achieve the assigned sales targets of the team, in line with company\'s business goals.
• Responsible for coaching and developing the competency of the sales team that meets the company\'s requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

• To lead and manage the sales personnel in your sales territory to achieve the pre-determined sales targets.
• To identify business growth or opportunities within the sales territory, products, new sales concepts, etc.
• To work with marketing and recommend new product needs, merchandising requirements and promotional strategies based on competitors\' activities and other industry sources.
• To provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a profession manner in the course of working with the customers.
• To provide monthly territorial sales forecast and monthly sales reports within the stipulated date.
• To coach, develop, motivate and in-still positive work attitude in the sales team on selling skills, business planning, customer relation and other business building skills require to performance optimally.
• To coach and develop potentials for career development and succession planning.
• To carry out any other duties assigned by the organization

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience in key account management with focus in retail pharmacy industry.
• Min Diploma / Degree in any courses

Salary range: $4.5K to $6.5K
