How will you make an impact: The Sr. Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for building out analytical capabilities and expertise across our Commercial Excellence organization. This will include developing and building effectiveness using data, process improvement and root-cause countermeasures. The role will have a deep knowledge of our data (SAP, SQL, SFDC, Power BI), analysis and visualization of the data, and the ability to translate information into actions. Establish and maintain strong communication and relationships with each of the various teams across the global sales excellence organization What will you do: Data Analysis

• Complete in-depth analysis to understand and suggest key drivers to increase sales performance
• Translate data analysis/sales metrics to guide sales execution
• Prepare/present executive level reports of data analysis
• Support Business Review work through data preparation/commentaries
• Work with global data teams ensuring data accuracy to standardize reporting
• Translate regular reporting into Power BI dashboards building efficiency
• Stay ahead of trends and innovations pertaining to data analytics, coding tools, and visualization capabilities

• Lead pricing initiatives for the region
• Detailed executive-level reports of findings and recommendations
• Pricing improvements plans using current performance and insights

• Work with global team on SFDC tool utilization
• Lead all enhancement and customization of SFDC on contract opportunity management
• Work with cross functional leaders to suggest/use of SFDC

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

• Minimum three years of data analytics experience
• Experienced working with Service Team will be advantageous

• Expertise in providing meaningful data analysis/metrics to leadership for decision making
• Proficiency in an SAP, SQL database queries, SFDC and Power BI with advanced Excel skills preferred
• Effective communication, presentation with multiple collaborators
• Detail oriented, analytical, organized, and able to balance multiple projects simultaneously. Accomplish detailed tasks, drive projects and activities to successful conclusion, operating with a high sense of urgency
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a matrixed environment
