- Provide administration support for service dept – assist service team to do paperwork.
- Organise documents and maintain fling system.
- Prepare and submit quotation to customer
- Prepare and mail out all invoices to customers
- Updating quote, invoice and job card record
- Create and design of monthly maintenance checklist form
- Min 2-3 years working experience
- Willing to learn and multi-tasks
- Good working attitude
- Company transport provided
- 5 Days per week
