Focus on customer support - Service / troubleshooting product range.
Generate timely and accurate service reports as per the required standards.
Provide technical training and technical presentation to client and inter-company.
Provide remote technical support to existing and new client by email and phone.
Support sales in technical meeting and onboard survey activities.
Handle pre and post administrative work.
Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Familiarity with marine business and environment is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
