As a Senior Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of our products and solutions for our customers. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication with both customers and vendors for problem escalation and resolution. Candidates should be self-driven, resourceful, manage task efficiently without constant supervision with an eye on providing the best possible customer experience. Essential Functions:
Provide knowledgeable and meticulous service delivery and support
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to establish optimal operational setups for supporting these environments.
Offer operational support for day-to-day activities related to deployment, connectivity, break-fix and system updates
Skills and Abilities Required:
Familiarity of disk and tape storage systems and storage ecosystems including disk arrays, tape libraries and storage software
Experience working with support processes/systems
Excellent time management, interpersonal and communications skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
Diploma or degree in IT or related disciplines
At least three years of experience with support and service delivery
Team player
Must be able to speak English and Mandarin fluently
Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
