What you are going to do

As a Senior Solution Architect in Adnovum, apart from working with technical stakeholders, you will also collaborate with Sales, Account Manager, Project Manager or other stakeholders in both project or presales context. You responsibilities will be the following: Presales and business perspectives:

• Supporting the sales team from the beginning of a sales cycle to understand client\'s overall business and technology direction
• Promoting customer advocacy and building trusted relationship with the key stakeholders of our clients
• Managing and running discovery phase in order to determine customer needs
• Preparing overall technical solution and efforts estimation for request for information and proposal (in both government and commercial sectors e.g. tender proposal write-up and response to RFI/RFP )
• Managing and running multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering on time
• Responsible for reviewing tenders and its solutioning for other locations RFI/RFP

Delivery perspective:

• Responsible for creating and overseeing the architecture and design of large size project, maintaining the architecture quality throughout the entire project life-cycle
• Responsible for meeting functional and non-functional requirements knowing technical and non-technical constraints
• Responsible for upholding compliance to customer (private or government sectors) policies as well as internal company policies
• Responsible for anticipating and mitigating risks (business/technical/cultural) covering financials and timeline of the project
• Responsible for leading and motivating teams (onshore and offshore members) with diversified culture background
• Coordinate with HQ/ other locations for internal process improvement and initiatives

People management:

• Mentoring and coaching subordinates and peers
• Having conversations on people\'s career aspiration and aligning it to the career progression
• Responsible for appraisal and feedback

What we are looking for

Candidates applying for this position should possess /have:

• Bachelor\'s or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with proven architectural, leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication skill in English, both spoken and written
• Relevant experience in business analysis and software requirements engineering
• Relevant experience in business process automation and management systems (such as K2 BPMS)
• Adept in either Java or .NET technology stacks for enterprise wide application development
• Adept in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular and or React
• Database modelling design and implementation (e.g. MSSQL, Oracle DB, Elasticsearch)
• Solid understanding of web application security standards and best practices
• Proficiency in enterprise software architecture design principles as application architecture design practices and patterns (e.g. Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design)
• Relevant experience in microservice-based large scale system implementation
• Proficiency in object-oriented design, design patterns and SOLID principles
• Relevant experience in agile software development and DevOps and DevSecOps automation
• Experience in writing complete technical solution proposal and providing entire effort estimation
• Ability to work efficiently with different stakeholders from diversified background/cultures and locations
• Experience in leading large team-sized project with effective planning, management and mentoring skills
• Ability to sell vision/value/belief in the project to different internal project stakeholders
• Extensive customer-facing experience with adaptive communication styles and effective negotiation skills
• Ability to pitch and sell values, ideas and solutions to customers in presales and new project engagement
• Have strong experience with cloud platforms in Government (GCC, GPC) and private sectors (public, private and hybrid clouds)
