Responsibilities: Training end-users on the in-house software. Providing IT assistance to customers. Implementation of the system to customers. Resolving logged errors in a timely manner. System trouble-shooting and updating the software. Reporting to manager and assist pre-sales process.
Requirements: A diploma or bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar. 3-5 years of experience as a support specialist. Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries. Basic knowledge in Accounting. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, Database (SQL) and networks. Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
