Responsibilities We're looking Senior / Software Developers to be part of a team developing high-performance application for mission-critical systems. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle Communicate closely with clients to understand their requirements Maintain, enhance and improve existing systems Write well-designed and efficient code Conduct software analysis, including testing and debugging Anticipate and mitigate risks, identifying areas for improvement Plan and prepare release of software components according to schedule Work closely with stakeholders for on-site deployment Provide strong production support and resolving issues. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, or any relevant discipline At least 5 years of experience in software development Strong proficiency and work experience in Java Familiar with multi-threading and distributed systems Experience with Business Rule Management Systems, or Rule Engines would be an advantage Experience with reporting solutions and CI/CD tools would be an advantage Basic proficiency in Batch or Shell script Good team player, comfortable working independently Highly analytical and able to troubleshoot problems.
