This role will be supporting the area of Corporate Compliance in APAC in accordance with the stratetgic and operational guidelines of EDPR Group.

Responsibilities

  • Develop third party Integrity Due Diligence
  • Assist in the support to develop, maintain and update EDPR\'s Compliance policies and procedures in APAc
  • Support in the conduction of risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation controls in APAC
  • Evaluate and test the efficiency of controls and internal policies to ensure compliance needs are met
  • Collaborate with different teams to make sure that the entire company is aware of compliance requirements and issues
  • Prepare training documentation for EDPR Employees in APAC for Compliance related issues
  • Monitor new legal and regulatory developments in APAC and update policies and procedures
  • Assist the Corporate Department in the elaboration of reports for senior management as appropriate
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Law or Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years experience in compliance in international audit firm or in a compliance area/department
  • Knowledge of main anti-corruption legislation and standards
  • Understanding of industry laws and regulations
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong research and reporting abilities
  • Value alignment: stewardship, collaboration, innovation and with a spirit of excellence
