Senior Specialist, FP&A

The role is responsible for the financial planning, reporting and analysis processes and associated deliverables to support AP Human Health division in the region. Primary scope for this position includes, but is not limited to:

• APRO Sales forecast/reporting and APHQ Expense management and forecasting.
• Manage Templates, Consolidation, Presentation and first level analysis for All Franchises
• Diabetes Finance Partner to Alliance Director
• AP regional FP&A monthly & quarterly, year-end and Forecast deliverables.
• AP regional automation & simplification initiatives

WHAT YOU WILL DOResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Detailed responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Monthly expense tracking and management and timely communication with budget owners.
• Liaise with Budget Holders/Markets for forecasting and budgeting cycle expense projection.
• Use accounting software BPC, SAP, Power BI, etc to track expenses and create management reports.
• Publish franchise reports monthly for Regional Marketing Leads.
• Monitor expense performance against plan; identify and communicate issues and recommendations to concerned business unit/s & monitor factors causing variations to plan for appropriate action to achieve targets.
• Reinforcing forecast reliability through the implementation of cross-checks of submitted information.
• Consolidation of actual, forecast, budget, 5-year plan and tally reporting\xe2\x80\x99s on Asia Pac Regional Operations from Budget Holder to Management presentation.
• Optimize and continuously enhance existing systems and database for financial analysis and to continuously improve management reports and performance analysis; ensuring accuracy and reliability to develop clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Ensures delivery of special business project/s to improve business support and enhance financial analysis and reporting. Prioritize ad hoc analysis requests from stakeholders to conduct in-depth research and analysis on a wide range of business topics, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative methods.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVETo be successful in this role, you will have:

• Degree in Finance / Accounting, CPA or equivalent preferred
• Preferably more than 6 years of relevant experience, with strong FP&A experience mandatory
• Good understanding of US GAAP and accounting Controls
• Strong quantitative/analytical skills and experience with BPC and SAP highly desired
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and stakeholders management
• Strong Business partnering skills and have the courage to speak up and challenge status quo
• Strong leadership and ability to drive changes and process improvements
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures
