Job Description
Responsibilities
This role is responsible for all Talent and Learning data collation, data analysis and system management across APAC, which includes being a super-user of myTW (Talent) and myTW (Learning) system. The incumbent must be able to use all analytics tools to present for management decisions around Talent and Learning topics. With the ESG reporting, this role will be critical in managing the accuracy and data integrity of all Talent Management/LEADS/L&D to ensure proper and timely reports.
The incumbent must be able to track and monitor all the KPIs pertaining to Talent Management and L&D.
The role will also be supporting the Career Marketplace initiative across APAC.
Requirements
Deploy best-in-class Performance visibility dashboard via means of single data source and Power BI tool
Establish review process in partnership with Country key users and proactively manage improvement plans
Establish dashboard for performance management via tools eg PowerBI
Establish best practice sharing cross-country and drive standardization
Track and monitor the KPIs in Talent Management and Certified L&D and communicating/engaging with the global, regional and country in gap analysis and resolution
