As part of the People, Organization and Effectiveness team, you will be an integral key member contributing to digital transformation and talent development landscape within Infineon.
In your new role you will:

• Contribute to shape and implement a holistic talent strategy locally, regionally and even globally to develop future leaders within Infineon in line with current and future business objectives and requirements.
• Contribute as a team member to realize the conceptualization and execution of talent programs
• Support business leaders and fellow HR colleagues by providing consultation, ideas towards talent development and leadership enhancement
• Contribute as program steward in program organization, monitoring, evaluating of desired outcomes and make continuous improvements
• Contribute as a team member in local, regional projects and other assigned tasks

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor degree and above; major in Business Administration , Human Resources Management, Psychology , or related field.
• 3-5 years of working experience, with experiences in Learning & Development, Talent and/or Leadership development.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Possess strong learning agility .
• Good critical and analytical thinking abilities with hands-on operational experiences in running talent programs.
• Demonstrated abilities in managing multiple priorities; work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
• High proficiency in MS office applications especially MS PowerPoint.
