Overview:
Position: Senior Worldwide Finance Manager, KAQ
Reports To: Finance Director

Overall Function: The Senior Worldwide Finance Manager carries the responsibility for managing the business unit finance worldwide, which includes financial planning/budgeting, managing of financial risks, financial reporting and analysis, business partnering and co-ordination of financial reporting and business transactions with various Finance teams globally where KAQ operates. Working closely with the BU President and the Leadership Team, the incumbent is expected to be support the team in providing shared business leadership, strategic directions and be accountable for the overall business KPIs of the company. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the finance of KAQ and this will require co-ordination with the various finance team globally, who are currently handling the business transactions and finance operations in their respective region.
• Initiate proactive analysis of sales and marketing performances and other business activities to provide the leadership team with meaningful information for decision making purposes.
• Review monthly financial packages timely and accurately, insuring the most relevant data is provided in an easy-to-read format.
• Generate and use business analytics to monitor trends and recommend strategic decisions
• Be a business partner to the President and the Leadership Team
• Initiate projects to develop and refine business processes and reports to cater to changing business needs.
• Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts for the Company.
• Develop strong cooperative relationships with other BU finance teams and key customers
• Develop financial models to evaluate, plan and implement capital expenditures and projects and monitor performance of these investments.
• Optimize cashflow with proactive initiatives in DSO, DPO & Inventory Turns
• Drive continuous innovations, productivity, and quality improvements of the entire finance processes.
• Drive transparencies of business dealings and ensure their adherence to company policies and governments’ regulations.
• Responsible for the good governance of the company businesses and finances.
• Ensure compliance with the Worldwide Accounting & Fiduciary Manual, Code of Conduct.
• Collaborate with the various regional Finance teams to strengthen compliance with Transfer Pricing, Trade and Tax requirements
• Special projects as determined.

#LI-LC1 Qualifications:

• CPA with degree in Accountancy and other related discipline from a recognized university.
• Possesses strong servant leadership attributes with no less than 5 years of experience in managerial/leader capacity.
• Experience with consolidation of multiple divisions and international businesses preferred.
• The position requires a good communicator with excellent interpersonal relation and management skills.
• ERP and Microsoft Business Intelligence skills is a requirement. Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products, and the ability to use the computer to prepare and retrieve reports and data.

Working Conditions: This position will be based at Singapore where the business unit HQ will be located. This position is 44 hours work per week, with the flexibility of hybrid work arrangements and shall requires tremendous flexibility in work hours and may require some regional and international travel.
