Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Assist with planning, organizing, coordinating and overseeing upkeep, maintenance and cleanliness of the companies\' buildings, facilities and machineries at our production plant
- Various hands on repair and maintenance task, including simple electrical; plumbing and carpentry
- Ensures legal compliance with governmental requirements
- Ensures relevant maintenance strategies as well as industry best practices are applied to the activities for maintenance/modifications for plant equipment to achieve reliability and availability of plant equipment consistently
- Works with other subsidiary companies on technology transfers to raise maintenance performance standards
- Assist with planning and manages plant shutdown maintenance
- Assesses and reviews contractors\' performance and timesheets
- Undertakes special assignments or projects as directed by management.
- Diploma in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge about maintenance of mechanical plant equipment and facilities is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
