To collaborate with operations and drive company’s environmental, sustainability & energy efficiency initiatives.
Responsible for plants’ utilities consumption (electricity, natural gas & water) and submission of energy & sustainability reports to governmental authorities & customers.
Identify energy intensive processes and reduce energy usage through process optimization and efficient equipment.
Establish company’s sustainability blueprint to enhance company’s enterprise value.
To explore closed production system (or similar) in energy and product waste recovery within the manufacturing process.
Establish, review & maintain all environmental related standards such as ISO 50001, 14001, 14064 & 14040 etc.
Awareness of global sustainability matters and its impacts towards the Company.
Management of vendors for energy improvement works & collaboration with operations departments to drive sustainability studies and improvements.
Develop and monitor budget for energy savings project.
Deliver energy saving project within budget.
