Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Systems Analyst professional to support and enhance our in-house ERP systems. In this role, you'll handle user support, lead system improvements, manage projects, and optimize business processes. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll maintain critical applications while ensuring smooth operations in our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of IT support experience, strong Oracle database knowledge, and expertise in ERP systems.

Provide comprehensive support for in-house applications, ensuring smooth functionality and addressing user concerns. Analyse business processes and requirements, offering recommendations for enhancements and optimizations. Develop and maintain relevant documentation, including user manuals, process flow diagrams, and system specifications. Independently conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with users to validate system functionality. Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify needs, and propose effective solutions. Plan and schedule project milestones to ensure timely and efficient execution. Function as a project manager when required, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

----------------

A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT application support, with a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or other related fields. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Sales Order, Finance, and MRP applications. Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and strong technical proficiency. Proficiency in SQL for database querying, reporting, and data management. Possesses good interpersonal skills. Project management experience is an advantage. Demonstrates analytical and multi-tasking capabilities. Able to work independently, be a good team player, and communicate well at all levels. Experience in the Manufacturing sector would be advantageous
