As a Senior System Analyst, you will critically analyze business requirements, design robust software solutions, and lead technical development efforts. Your expertise will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient systems are delivered.

System Analysis:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, analyze existing systems, and create detailed specifications that align with business goals.

Software Development:

Design, develop, test, and deploy .NET applications (ASP.NET, C#, MVC), ensuring code quality, scalability, and seamless API/database integration.

Leadership & Collaboration:

Mentor junior developers, participate in code reviews, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

System Maintenance:

Optimize application performance, security, and usability while monitoring and resolving production issues.

Innovation:

Stay updated on .NET technologies, evaluate new tools, and recommend system architecture and process improvements.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

High computer literacy. Expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ASP.NET MVC, VB.NET, C#, MS SQL, Visual Studio, and GIT/SVN version control.

Qualities:

Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Added Advantage:

Able to communicate in Japanese to effectively communicate with Japanese-speaking clients.
