Working closely with the Solution Architect, Project Manager and Technical Lead, you will be part of a product development team to design and develop our RF sensing and jamming products as part of the Counter-UAS product lines.Be Part of Our Success

• Plan, execute, monitor, and control the various technical aspect of the project.
• Manage or participate in pre-sales solution proposal.
• Pro-actively engage OEMs in the development of solution.
• Develop RF System solutions / product to meet customer's requirements.
• Lead a team of system engineers in the implementation of the solutions, acceptance test and test coverage.
• Knowledge on RF Path loss (such HATA, 2 Ray), IQ data and Waveform will be preferred.
• Work with Project Manager on the diagnosis and rectification of technical issues.

Qualities We Value

• Experience in Network Design and redundancy.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with RF / Wireless Systems and related test instruments.
• Good knowledge with RF System testing.
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with RF measurement instruments.
• Good Knowledge of Antenna and application.
• Knowledge of Software Defined Radio.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solving prowess.
• Ability to lead a team of engineers in the crafting of technical proposal.
