We are a NEBB Certified (USA) Air & Hydronics TAB firm, we also carry out NEBB Certified Cleanroom Performance Testing and NEBB Certified Building Envelope Tests. We are looking to employ experienced Senior TAB Technicians with 'Hands On' experience in Air, Hydronic and Cleanroom Certification works. Previous work experience with a NEBB Certified firm is not compulsory but is highly desirable. New employees all receive the potential of gaining industry certification & qualifications from United States and United Kingdom affiliated industry bodies. Our work locations are island wide, but majority of our workload is in Tuas, where we carry out annual testing work on existing buildings and new construction projects. Having your own transport is preferred but not a requirement, staff without transport are met at MRT stations (normally Pioneer, Joo Koon or Tuas Link) by company transport and brought to the workplace and at the end of the day sent back to the MRT station. Due to the nature of our work, there can be the need to work unplanned / planned overtime (evenings, Saturday afternoons and Sundays). Overtime is paid in addition to the basic salary. As a senior technician you would be expected to be able to carry out the following minimum tasks: 1) Prepare Test Documentation, Identify Design Concerns, Complete Documentation for System Handover 2) Pre commission air and hydronic systems to be tested 3) Identify suitable locations for test hole measurement points 4) Carry out Proportional Balancing to Small & Medium sized air and hydronic systems 5) Carry out cleanroom/hospital pressure regime works 7) Carry out HEPA filter integrity tests, and identify leaks. 8) Carry out cleanroom particle count tests
