DESIGNATION : Test Lead / Senior Test Technician - DET

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Lead Engineer in running Design of Experiments (DOE), conducting engineering evaluations and validations, and identifying quality and reliability issues
• Maintain quality assurance standards for projects
• Implement test methodologies/test plans to validate and qualify new product designs and specifications
• Order necessary materials and maintain inventory to avoid shortage
• Ensure operation of equipment according to preventive maintenance requirements, such as following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting first-level malfunctions, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories
• Develop test summary reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing various data
• Participate in initial test setups and test preparation
• Participate in defect troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Lead and manage and provide guidance to juniors in testing teams if required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or relevant studies
• Minimum 1 year of relevant testing experience
• Minimum 2 years of team management (e.g. 20-30 junior test engineers / interns)
• Experience in production manufacturing environment will be a distinct advantage
