We are thrilled to be partnering with a global Chinese fintech company on a Senior Tech Recruiter position. Serving more than a billion users worldwide, they are recognized as one of the largest financial services institutions globally and are now looking to further expand their Talent Acquisition team.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment across both tech and non-tech roles across the APAC and US market. Working closely with hiring managers across the region, you will help to identify top talent and manage the candidate process to ensure a positive onboarding experience. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also continuously map out and build a successful pipeline of top tier talents to help scale out teams and prepare for the expansion of teams across the APAC and US market.
The suitable candidate should bring at least 7+ years of in-house recruitment experience within established and fast paced environments preferably within sizeable fintech / tech or financial institutions. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be able to provide a consultative approach to engage talent and stakeholders whilst overcoming challenging situations. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be someone who enjoys problem-solving and is able to adopt and adapt to diverse cultures and situations.
