Your new company
You will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and operations. You will be required to manage, coordinate, administer recruitment covering multiple activities involved by Human Resources within the Company.
Your new role
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interview, selection and onboarding of new hires
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition hiring plans and strategies
- Analyse and forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Proactively Source for candidates independently through social media, employee referrals, competitive intelligence/research, sourcing tools and other innovative channels to meet business needs
- Liaise with academic institutions/government agencies for various talent programs
- Facilitate assimilation of new joiners into the organisation and team through engagement with operation teams to understand business needs and job requirements.
- Gather feedback from new joiners about their onboarding and induction experience so as to take proactive actions to address areas for improvement.
- Any other special projects and duties as assigned
- Min 6-8 years of recruitment experience
- Min Bachelor\'s degree with related Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred
- Experience in agriculture / agri-food value chain sector will be an added advantage
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Exhibits analytical ability and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational, creative thinking and communications skills
- Good level of reliability and integrity, tact and maturity with a good sense of urgency
- Attention to detail and good judgement
